  Current Planned Projects:

• One stairway replacement planned for 2026.

• Area 4 (6687 Schuss Mtn Ln) parking lot paving project is being evaluated for 2026.

• Building staining is continuing; 3 units completed 2025, 2 planned for 2026.  8 of 16 completed 2023-2025.
